Our Community

We manage our restaurants in an economically sustainable and ecologically sensitive manner. We have genuine concern for our environment:

  • We recycle all glass, plastic, metal, cardboard, and cooking oil.
  • No Styrofoam whatsoever on the property.
  • Our menus are printed on 100% recycled paper.
  • We use recycled materials for to-go containers.
  • Low-flow bathroom fixtures help conserve water.
  • We used many recycled or reclaimed materials in our renovation.

We are only a small part of the solution and offer only a few ideas. We accept that we can do better, but we, as a restaurant, are committed to acting responsibly by preserving what we can and by raising awareness in our community.
