Our mission is to manage our restaurants in an economically sustainable and ecologically sensitive manner. We have genuine concern for our environment. We are an eco-friendly company that is passionate about the protection and sustainability of the planet.

We recycle all glass, plastic, metal, cardboard, and cooking oil.
We use unbleached bags and packaging for meals to go.
Our to-go cups are made from cornstarch, that bio-degrades in landfills in just 50 days. Our to-go cutlery is made from potato starch.
Our menus are printed on 100% recycled paper.
Our toilet paper is made from recycled paper. Our bathroom fixtures operate with very low water consumption. All of these items have been endorsed by the Green Restaurant Association.
We conserve water with low water consuming water nozzles.

We are always looking for improved ways to reduce energy consumption and water waste. We are only a small part of the solution but we, both as a restaurant and as individuals, are committed to acting responsibly by preserving what we can and raising awareness of the problems facing our environment.
